Newton-le-Willows Cemetery
Established in 1885, Newton-le-Willows Cemetery is an attractive eight-acre cemetery with historic Gothic-style monuments, landscaped grounds and a central chapel that houses the Book of Remembrance. It offers lawned burial graves, dedicated cremation graves and a peaceful Memorial Garden. Supported by the Friends of Newton-le-Willows Cemetery volunteer group, the site also features a special memorial space with a dry riverbed and ‘Letters to Heaven’ post box, providing a unique place for reflection and remembrance.
